IntroDrop is an online tool that adds a DJ intro to a song you upload. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Your music, your responsibility

Only upload audio that you have the right to use and modify, for example music you own, music you've licensed for DJ use, or music whose rights holder allows edits. You're responsible for how you use the files you download, including in public performances.

You keep all rights to what you upload. We don't claim any ownership of your audio or of the intros made from it. You give us only the limited permission needed to process your file and deliver the result to you.

2. What we do with uploads

Your upload is used only to create your intro. It is never shared, published or listed anywhere, and it's automatically deleted within about 24 hours. Details are in the privacy policy.

3. Fair use of the service

• Don't upload anything illegal, harmful or that you don't have the rights to.
• Don't try to overload, scrape or break the service, or get around the usage limits.
• We may limit, suspend or block use that breaks these rules or puts the service at risk.

4. Beta, as-is

IntroDrop is in beta. It's provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Results depend on the track and may not always be perfect, so always listen before you play an intro out. The service may change, be interrupted or end at any time. It's free during the beta, and if we introduce paid plans later, we'll say so clearly before you pay for anything.

5. Liability

To the extent the law allows, IntroDrop and its operators aren't liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from the use of the files you create. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

6. Copyright complaints

Because uploads are private and deleted within about 24 hours, we don't host or distribute anyone's music. If you're a rights holder and believe the service is being misused, send us a message through the Feedback button on the homepage. Include "copyright" in the message and a way to reach you, and we'll respond promptly.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the service grows. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use IntroDrop after a change means you accept the new terms.
